Concierge Care Advisors — Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Senior Navigator application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Concierge Care Advisors ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
The Service provides informational and decision-support tools designed to help users explore senior care, housing, and related support options.
The Service is not a medical, financial, legal, or insurance service, and does not replace consultation with licensed professionals.
3. No Medical, Financial, or Legal Advice

- The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, financial advice, legal advice, or insurance advice.
- No doctor-patient, advisor-client, fiduciary, or professional relationship is created through use of the Service.

4. User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

These automated processes evaluate factors including but not limited to health conditions, care preferences, geographic location, and budget considerations to suggest potentially suitable care providers and living arrangements.
You understand and acknowledge that:
- Recommendations generated by the Service are produced in whole or in part by automated systems.
- Automated recommendations are intended as decision-support tools and do not constitute professional advice.
- The accuracy and suitability of automated recommendations depend on the completeness and accuracy of information you provide.
- You should independently verify any recommendations before making care decisions.
We continuously work to improve the accuracy and relevance of our automated systems but make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties, and your interactions with them are governed by their own terms and policies.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
- TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; these limits apply to the fullest extent allowed.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or misuse of information obtained through the Service.
14. Account Termination and Data Deletion
You may terminate your account and request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@conciergecareadvisors.com or through account settings within the Service.
Upon receiving a valid termination request:
- We will deactivate your account within five (5) business days.
- We will delete your personal and health-related data within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes.
- Anonymized data that has already been aggregated may be retained, as it cannot be used to identify you.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
15. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in Washington State under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.
16. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
